Healing during this era is slower than in other campaigns due to the lack of magical powers.

  • Light Activity:
    • 1 hit point / level / 24 hours or
    • 1 hit point / 2 levels / 12 hours (round down)
  • Bed Rest w/o Medical Care OR Light Activity w/ Medical Care:
    • 2 hit points / level / 24 hours or
    • 1 hit point / level / 12 hours or
    • 1 hit point / 2 levels / 6 hours (round down)
    • (Medical Care requires Treat Injury with Medical Kit – DC 15)
  • Bed Rest with Medical Care:
    • 3 hit points / level / 24 hours or
    • 2 hit points / level / 16 hours or
    • 1 hit points / level / 8 hours or
    • 1 hit point / 2 levels / 4 hours (round down)
    • (Medical Care requires Treat Injury with Medical Kit – DC 15)

Ability Damage

  • Returns at 1 point of ability damage per 8 hours of sleep
    • (Maximum of 1 point per day).
  • Complete Bed Rest returns:
    • 2 points of ability damage per 24 hours or
    • 1 point for 12 hours
  • Medical Care with Complete Bed Rest returns:
    • 3 points of ability damage per 24 hours or
    • 1 point per 8 hours
    • (Medical Care requires Treat Injury with Medical Kit – DC 15)
